Summary

In this episode of The Purpose Show, I’m speaking to the women who feel exhausted from trying to change their habits over and over, only to end up right back where they started. If that’s you, I want you to know it’s not your fault, and you’re not broken. The real issue is your identity.

I’m talking about how your subconscious mind is wired to keep you in familiar patterns, even the ones you’re ready to break. That’s why surface-level change doesn’t stick. I’m also introducing you to my program, The Becoming Her Collective, where we use neuroscience-backed tools to rewire your identity from the inside out so you can create real, lasting transformation.

If you’re ready to finally become the woman you know you’re meant to be, this episode is your invitation.

Hello, my love. This is going to be a short episode, but maybe one of the most important ones I've ever recorded and I've

0:21.9

been podcasting for a very long time. I want to talk to the part of you that's tired, not just

0:30.2

physically, although yes, that too, but the part of you that's tired of trying to change and just finally have

0:41.9

the habits in place, the routines in place that you know you need to be doing in order to get

0:47.1

where you want to go and any and every area of your life, but like never seeing it stick.

0:52.9

So I want to talk to the part of you that's tired of that.

You're doing the work, you're reading the books, you've listened to the podcast, you've

1:01.8

cleaned up your space, changed your routines, you know, tried the morning routines,

1:06.7

all the things. But underneath it all, you're still battling the same patterns. You're still falling

1:14.6

off. You're still stuck in the cycle of overthinking. You're still stuck in self-doubt, still stuck in

1:21.8

your own head. And I want to tell you something that might shift everything. It is not that you're lazy.

1:30.0

It is not that you're broken. It's not that you're unmotivated. It's not that you just need to get

1:34.9

your shit together. It is truly, truly, truly that your identity has not changed. Your subconscious mind is running everything you do and think and how you react. Okay. Your subconscious

1:52.0

still sees you as the version of you who falls off track. It still sees you as the person who is unhealthy, overweight, poor, broke, bad with money, bad at

2:04.9

relationships, who doesn't know how to relax into the safety of a healthy marriage or whatever

2:10.7

it is, okay?

2:12.0

It still sees you as the version of you who overcompensates, who doubts, and your nervous system is wired to

2:19.6

protect you from everything that's unfamiliar, even if what is unfamiliar is your next level and

2:26.0

would actually be really good for you. It's wired to keep you in the familiar, even if what's

2:30.9

familiar sucks and is low-key, like, bad for you. So this is why nothing has

2:36.3

stuck before. And I want to just invite you in, like, I've never done an episode like this before.
