Today's cocktail is called Every Rose Has Its Thorn.

Don't push me.

So listen, I don't have a jigger today, guys, so I am free-pouring.

So I don't know how this cocktail is going to turn out.

But here we go, roses have thorns.

So what we want to do is this cocktail calls for cognac, but if you don't have

coniac, just use some sort of dark liquor. I'm going to use Vileon, and you're going to pour

two parts into your shaker. That's about two parts. I might, maybe like a little two and a half

parts. And then you want to do one part rose water. It smells so good.

It comes out slow. When I'd be saying one part, I'm like, why couldn't you just put the measurement?

What is the part? And then you're going to do a half a part vanilla bean syrup.

I'm doing a regular simple syrup because Kiki doesn't like a lot of flavors.

But try the vanilla bean syrup. It's really good.

And then two dashes of cinnamon bitters.

I don't like cinnamon, so I'm going to leave that part out and do just regular orange bitters,

the Angostora.
