is incredible, this guy is basically, we want to see his praises to you.

It's going to promote the episode, it's good for us.

But just because there's some nice people in running,

and there's some good people in running and there's some good people

in running and Tony's got to be up there as one of the best. Yeah, one of the best in terms of

what he's doing and what he's done. But in no way is he, he's so self-effacing. And in no way is he,

you know, kind of going out of his way to kind of even over-promote or even promote what he's doing. Like he does, you know, he talks about it and he gets into, he's talking to talk about it. But it's not as if he's like, like desperately trying to ram it down your throat. And he's like on this mission to to constantly talk about

you know the benefits of doing those things he's just he's created you know a couple of things

which have resonated and done really well and and kind of just left left them to do well

organic yeah just grow yeah you know naturally naturally based on what people are doing.
