You know what I did this morning? No, I wasn't there. I spent three and a half hours raking leaves. And you might be thinking to yourself, Ethan, it's the spring. Wraking leaves is an autumn activity. And you'd be correct. I've watched those leaves through rain, sleet, snow, knowing that this day would come. And I would have to have to, because we get all these little like spiky balls that come off the trees. And it's like, I can't mow that so it's i'm going to have to rake it at

some point and today it was finally nice enough i finally had the time so i'm like all my back hurts

you know i'm all leafed out i have leaves do you have to rake in florida is that even a thing

you just have to mop up the coconuts every now and then?

You kind of just mow through them and the leaves are chopped up and it's fine.

We got a lot of leaves.

I never raked leaves as a kid.

We have two oak trees around our house now and so there are a ton of leaves.

But this is funny. Some kid came to our door he was going door to

door raking leaves for money and I was like love it you know young entrepreneur so I

paid him 20 bucks he did not rake our yard you got scammed well he did but he didn't do a

very good job so I was like all right it's fine it was dark it getting dark, you know? Raking leaves to do it properly is like a four or five hour job, regardless of how big your yard is. And so it is not a 20, it is not a $20 job to rake an entire yard. So I was like, thank you. It was a kid. He was doing it to pay for college, you know? Yeah, I think you should hunt that kid down and break his shins. Yeah. I'm certainly there's some retired guy in Florida that could help you out, get getting your money back. I was asking him. I was like, so what do you want to do? Like when you leave college, like, I'm trying to go to school to study real estate. And I was like, nice. He wants to be a real estate agent. I was like, you what do you want to do like when you leave college? Like I'm trying to go to school to study real estate.

And I was like, nice.

He wants to be a real estate agent.

I was like, you should just do that now.

You don't have to go to school at all.

You actually need to know nothing to be a real estate agent.
