Summary

Sumukhi Suresh is an award-winning writer, showrunner and stand-up comedian from India. She created, wrote and starred in two seasons of Pushpavalli, an Amazon Prime original series, which won various awards, including Best Actress at the 2020 Filmfare OTT Awards and Istanbul Film Awards. Sumukhi has created and starred in productions for various streaming platforms, including Beauty and the Feast on Disney+, Lust Stories and Comedy Premium League for Netflix Hum Doh Teen Chaar for Amazon MiniTV. Other notable works include co-writing and starring in sketch show, Go Straight Take Left, hosting and judging on Amazon Prime’s Comicstaan, starring in the comedy film Humble Politician Nograj, producing her first short film Notary and releasing her first stand-up special, Don’t Tell Amma on Amazon Prime .
