Well, good morning, everyone.

I'm on my walk again, where it's very noisy and loud, and the sound quality isn't that great,

but I'm inspired.

I have ideas in my head, and this is usually where I get my ideas for podcasts, but today,

for some reason, the ideas are coming so fast and curious, I can't type them that's enough.

So, I just jumped on here to go ahead and look forward this podcast, and the idea is having a thought audit.

And one of the reasons why I was thinking about this today is, I am very aware of what's going on,

like, in my mind when I wake up in the morning, where my thoughts go, and it usually is very

indicative of what discipline I'm using in terms of my life and my mind and the buffering I'm doing

and the indulging that I'm doing. So, I want to give this to you as kind of an opportunity for you

to do the same auditing on yourself to see like where you are, not in a way to judge yourself,

or you could of club yourself, but just as an awareness tool.

So, let me just cover briefly what buffering and indulging is, so you understand what I mean by that,

in case you're not a long time listener. Buffering is when we take action in order to avoid

dealing something. So, we'll go and eat or go on social media or, you know, watch porn or

over drink or take drugs. There's lots of things that we do in order not to feel, and some of
