They’re pulling back the curtain and showing how strategic, thoughtful, and calculated they’ve had to be to build their business in just three years — and it’s no joke. We talk about the benefits of picking one social platform you love and going all-in on it, getting to know your audience on a deep level, and working together as co-founders and best friends. They’re the real deal, and they bring it all to this conversation. We also talk about: Cultivating a strong business partnership The Hoffman process and learnings from it Finding validation from within while also growing the business meaningfully Having a focused vision and goal Finding your zone of genius Takeaways from building a team Knowing whether you’re meant to be an entrepreneur The Boss Babes going through Saturn return Find more to love at almost30.com! Hello, welcome to almost 30 podcasts. What's going on? Hi everybody. Welcome to the show.

0:12.2

It's Lins and Krista. It's a good deep breath.

0:15.5

It's a good deep breath. Yo, I was in the membership. Life call last night. Oh, how was it?

0:23.6

Babies were taking deep deep deep ass breaths and I was so good. It was great. It was so great.

0:28.7

It's our favorite. It's our favorite friggin time on the month. It's the best. Oh my God.

0:32.4

It's like this beautiful little, yeah. One of our members, Krista, she was like, she's just like,

0:38.1

I just have to say that like I just feel so good about showing up here and being able to get

0:45.4

to the truth of things and the real of things right away. Big facts. And I was like, whoa, wow.

0:51.8

I take that for granted sometimes. You know, it's such a relief. It's so liberating to just be like,

0:57.4

let's get to the heart now instead of the surface. You know, I think sometimes that's hard in a group

1:03.9

of a big group of women. But like we just, they just drop right in. It's very, very powerful.

1:11.5

I think that's why sometimes some things in the personal development space or even stuff that I've

1:18.0

been to, it's like, it actually drives me nuts because I feel like we're kind of

1:24.1

walked up talking around things. Yes. And you know what is to? And I think a lot of people can

1:29.2

feel this when they, when they listen or attend to anything. If someone sings something that they've

1:33.6

heard from someone else, but they actually haven't earned, you know, like if it's actually wisdom

1:39.2

that's not earned, there's actually a quote about that. Something about wisdom, you not being earned.

1:45.8

So true. But it's like it doesn't, there's not that magnetism. The magnetism isn't there.

1:53.3

And so you kind of lose interest. Felt. Yeah. You can definitely feel it. Yeah. The walking

1:58.6

around and just kind of skirting the what we're there for. Yes. It's so annoying. It's so frustrating.

2:07.8

That's so damn true. But I think the human nature just wants to kind of like ease in,

2:14.5

move it up a little bit. Whatever wisdom is earned, not given. Just like an old, old saying. But
