And I'm Ashland and I was the portrayed and I'm Kobe the recovering addict.

What you're going to get is three unique perspectives on recovery and

tools for hope and healing.

I'm going to go ahead and read one.

And this one is a message of hope to addicted and betrayed.

I've enjoyed the couple episodes that have been published

and will continue reviewing them weekly.

I have gained a greater understanding to what it means to be

to what it means to be in recovery.

Our message is to spread hope so that's exactly what they saw so that's good.

Right. Yeah. You know it's really cool. You know I've had some friends even who have hopped on our podcast and I think they listen to the

episode about check-ins or something.

They're like, oh my gosh, we're doing it all wrong and I think it's helpful you know some of the

realities of what we talk about are difficult and hard but for for them for

somebody to have a resource of like oh there, there's some answers and some things that I can shift so that I don't keep causing myself suffering.

It's good stuff.

So that is cool.
