Today's cocktail is called the pani drop. The ingredients you need to make a

pani drop are two ounces of vodka, preferably a citrus vodka, one and a half ounces of ginger beer,

one ounce of freshly squeezed lemon juice, one and a half ounces of simple syrup,

some ice and you're gonna use some lemon, some sugar to rim the glass.

So here's how you're going to make a pani drop.

You're going to add your sugar to a plate, then rub the zest onto your cup.

Dip the cup in it to get the sugar on it.

Y'all know how to do that, but just in case you didn't.

Then you're gonna put all your liquids, liquids into a shaker with ice,

shake vigorously for about 30 seconds,

and strain into your martini glass.
