Summary
Most people spend 90% of their time thinking and talking about their past and the present - what isn’t working and what didn’t work.
In this episode, I share why you need to spend more time thinking about your future, your dreams, and your impossible goals so you can generate the feelings that help you create them. I call this a feeling good practice, and today, I walk you through what it looks like and how to implement this practice into your life.

| 2:24.8 | And I also very much want to help men do this as well. |
| 2:29.7 | I think that women have some different and specific challenges that men don't have, and obviously men have challenges that women don't have. |
