1:25.8	because I have my own personal demons about apologies, about offering apologies, about
1:31.5	needing people that have hurt me or offended me to apologize to me,
1:36.0	and in a lot of ways this was kind of cathartic and it was therapeutic for me to be able to go through this process to really self-anilize
