And let go of any thoughts or distractions and just focus solely on the sound of my voice.

Imagine a warm soothing light above your head.

This light represents your inner power and your confidence.

See it gently descending, enveloping your entire body. Feel its warmth and comfort as it wraps around you, filling you with a sense of peace and strength.

As this light touches your skin, it begins to dissolve any self-doubt or

insecurities. With each breath, imagine these doubts melting away, replaced by a growing sense of self-worth and confidence.
