I'm Gretchen Reuben, a writer whose studies happiness, good habits and human nature.

I'm in New York City and with me is my sister Elizabeth Kraft, who is coming soon to New

York City, though I'm not going to see much of you at all.

That is me, Elizabeth Kraft, a TV writer and producer living in LA and yes Gretchen, I'm

coming to New York to be on the set of the family, which is the ABC show I'm working

on, which will debut either at the end of January or in February and I will be very busy

on the set in my capacity.

So I won't have a lot of downtime but I'm looking forward to it.

It just sounds so glamorous, you're going to go on the set.

I know, it's really not.

If you see what I look like on the set, you would not think of it.

Which is, you know, like not good.
