Today we're going to be talking to Vanessa, Fierstadt, a fellow LMFT, who dedicates her work

to grief and loss in the greater Los Angeles area. We're going to share some personal

stories related to grief and loss, some really important educational information that we all should have

been taught a long time ago, whether you're talking about the loss of a loved one, the loss of a

child, a spouse, some sort of great loss in relationships. We'll cover that. And we're also going to

check in on self-care and pushing our comfort zone in an effort to build resiliency, which we challenge
