Coming in and hot with a pep talk we're gonna talk about how you can shift your energy now by turning it like a dial, kind of like you set your air conditioner.

I want to start out by inviting you to pause and tune into

yourself in this moment. Just take a minute. You don't need to close your eyes or anything if you can't right now. But just tune in to yourself in this moment.
