How are you today? I was thinking about you this weekend and what I really would like to talk about

that might help you in the upcoming week. We're in September, and I don't know about you,

but going from August to September, it feels like I have stuff I need to do that I didn't

feel like I needed to have to do in August. So when I had a young child, of course, that's when

school started. But it's also what happens to you in your mind when summer is over?

Because I was thinking about what's going on in my mind now that summer is over and fall is

starting to come and what's different about it for you?

For me, it just feels like not as relaxing. I don't feel as relaxed. I don't know why.

So as I was thinking about that, I was thinking about how can I help you, as I'm helping myself,
