Summary

Today I’m putting my money where my mic is and revealing exactly how I’m walking my walk when it comes to living a life grounded in radical self-beleif (#RadSelBel!). Slowing down to engage in the life-long practice of what I preach is less about the BIG DECISIONS to make change, and more about the daily baby steps we take to flip the script, prioritize our values, and give ourselves permission to live in wonder.

Disclaimer: What works for me may not work for you. In fact, it may sound like the very last thing you want to do. Remember, there is no correct path towards your most radiant Technicolor life! This episode will illustrate my teaching in practice and help to spark ideas for what just might bring a bit of fun and fulfillment into your days.

This week I am going to be talking about what I'm calling how I'm walking my walk.

0:44.3

Because we have been doing a lot of talk lately about living your most technicolored life, leaning into radical self-belief.

0:53.1

And I think it's always helpful to get some real life

0:57.7

examples of what that might look like. So I'm going to be sharing some real life examples

1:03.3

from my own life, as well as how I am preemptively incorporating what I like to call my big gap year energy as we get ready for

1:14.8

grown-up gap year to kick off in October, some different ways that I am also approaching

1:19.8

that and starting to kind of weave that energy into my days, which has just been really fun

1:26.5

and really exciting to be like, oh, this is amazing.

1:31.2

I remember now this is exactly what I'm helping people create in grown-up gap year.

1:36.1

So to be able to live that also is really, really fun.

1:40.7

Speaking of grown-up gap year, so I am recording this during the early bird registration period.

1:47.3

And as far as I know, as far as I know, not all of the spots have been sold during early bird.

1:57.2

Like, definitely as of recording time, there are still spots available. We're going to talk

2:02.2

about the number of spots available a little bit later, because that is definitely an example of

2:07.6

not letting my ambition run the show. But that could change. There could be some surprises between now

2:14.8

and the end of the earlier bird period. But like I said, as far as I know,

2:19.8

there is still going to be a launch in September for the start, for grown-up gap year, which
