So I wanted to kind of explain to you what I did here.

So this podcast is going to be with Jim Kramer who's been a friend of mine for about 12 years.

And this actually, this interview or text-based set of interviews, I'll explain why in a second,

this didn't occur for the podcast.

What happened was his book, Jim Kramer's Get Rich Carefully was coming out at the end

of December.

And so the street.com, which he started, gave me a call, the CEO actually gave me a call

and said, hey, Jim would love it if you can come down here and do a bunch of videos.

They originally wanted to do 10 videos like one per chapter and interview him about each

chapter.

And so I said I can't do 10.

I mean, I'm not going to do 10 videos.
