Hey everybody, this is Sean and I'm having a next surgery this week and I'm going to be out for most of the week.

And so we're going to be playing some of our favorite episodes this week.

I just want you to know that I'm doing well, recovering well, but I just wanted to remove the pressure of having to do a live episode every day.

And so these are some of our most important episodes and just wanted to let you know I'll be back next week.

We have some special things that we're going to be doing for the rest of the month, but thank you for your prayers and support.

For a minute I plan on coming on here and talking about all the different reasons that I've trended over the past week of primarily just foolishness, but really in the scheme of how hard this week really has been.

I'm truly not even concerned about what I trended over in the lies that people continue to tell.

I want to talk just for a moment about how hard this year is.

The year was already hard, okay?

It was hard before Jacob Blake.

It was hard before we all got the news on Friday that Chadwick Boseman,

who to so many of us is Black Panther to our children, but to us is a hero for who he was, for who he portrayed, but was literally the best among us.

Impeccable character and integrity, one of the best actors in the world, not only because he portrayed our best leaders from Thurgood Marshall and Jackie Robinson, James Brown to King T'Challa,

but because he did each one with unique character and strength and dignity, when I learned on Friday evening that he had passed away after at least a four year battle with Colin Cancer,

I struggled to believe it. It's one of those things. I remember this year, it seems like years ago, but this year when Kobe Bryant was killed in a helicopter crash, he was one of those guys, Kobe, that I just assumed without

live us all and Chadwick Boseman, in part because we do connect him to these legendary figures, including a Marvel superhero, it's just hard to process that this young man will no longer be here with us on this Earth.

It's a hard year. And I learned just a few minutes ago that the legendary Georgetown University basketball coach Hall of Fame coach, the first African American basketball coach to win a college championship, John Thompson passed away.

And comparatively in his early 70s, John Thompson was not old, same I expected him to be here much longer. And our legends, our legends are passing away, including John Lewis and CTVVian and Reverend Joseph Lowry.

2020 is just one of those years. And I want to say to you a few things about how to endure this moment. In a lot of ways, I want to encourage everybody here to take care of your mental health, your emotional health, your physical health.

Like do everything you can to be well this year physically, emotionally.
