Summary

North Carolina recently approved a new curriculum that would teach elements of critical race theory to K-12 students, despite the move being extremely unpopular. The state's lieutenant governor, Mark Robinson, the first black person to hold that position, has been very outspoken in his opposition to these changes to North Carolina's education system. Robinson was in turn "attacked" by the leftist media, who accused him of racism and worse. We speak with Lt. Gov. Robinson about the attacks against him and the new radical curriculum. Then, we discuss the CDC's recent guidelines on school reopenings. Spoiler alert: Not many schools will be opening under these guidelines. These guidelines are so crazy that even Jake Tapper of CNN and the Washington Post aren't happy about them. 0:16.7	crazy time. It's bad weather where I am down here in the south. And I've had to do all of my
0:24.0	recording from home, which just it makes things weird. Like I feel like I don't know what's going on,
0:30.8	what day it is. We've never had this kind of weather. I can't see. Never, but in my lifetime,
0:36.9	we have never had this kind of weather. Diarrh things happening in a variety of states
0:43.4	in the country where people are lacking power, people are lacking heat. They're unable to get
0:49.8	the resources and the services that they need. So please pray for Texas, pray for Louisiana,
0:55.4	pray for the states that just aren't used to. And I guess just aren't prepared for this winter
1:00.1	storm. There have been people in Texas, for example, who have been out of power for almost 48
1:06.5	hours at this point. I mean, think about elderly people, think about vulnerable people,
1:10.7	think about those who are sick, those who have newborn babies or those who have kids with special
1:16.1	needs, think about all of the people who live by themselves who are unable to go to the grocery
1:21.3	store. I understand that people up north, you're like, why are you better prepared for this? Why
1:26.0	don't you, you know, why don't you have all of the supplies that you need to be able to stay inside
1:32.5	for several days on end or why don't your roads work and all that stuff? Those are good questions.
1:36.7	The fact of the matter is is that we're just not, I mean, in the south, we're just not used to
1:42.1	this kind of thing. And I do think that there was a lack of preparation from the energy companies
1:47.2	and maybe from the government and local government as well, unfortunately. But the fact of the matter
1:52.8	is is that a lot of people in Texas, Louisiana and these other southern states that are being hit
1:56.8	by the swather storm, they do need your prayer. And just pray that the power would turn on, that the
2:01.6	heat would turn on, especially for vulnerable communities and vulnerable people. There are places where,
2:08.7	you know, there are gyms and different locations that are open for people to come and get water,
