Summary
You know what you should and shouldn't do, but are you following that? It's so common for people, my former self included, to be in midst of a binge and thinking, "I shouldn't be doing this" yet they still keep eating.
In this episode, I'm talking about "shoulding," why it's not an effective think to think about, and what to think about instead so you'll actually do what you want to be doing.
