And as always, I have a great episode for y'all. I got a chance to sit down with Kate and Henley Phillips.

And they just, they recently completed a self-supported traverse across Australia. It's a neat story because she ran the entire way,

and Henley was a support vehicle, and he did it all on a bicycle, carrying, I can't remember,

hundreds of pounds. He had to carry all the water, all the food, everything, all human powered, all the way

across Australia. Super interesting story. I had a great time chatting with them. We met in Austin

and met at a park and a funny note there. About halfway in the interview, recess lets out at a school that's right next door and before we know it

we're surrounded by tons of kids they're even like coming up to the table and talking to us

be like what are y'all doing what's going on here you know and we're trying to record a podcast. So then we moved locations and you could still

hear him in the background, but it wasn't as bad. And I just want to give a huge shout out to

a listener, Douglas Edge. He reached out to me. He's over there in L.A. and actually does this kind of stuff for a living. He actually

knows what he's doing, unlike me. And he offered to help out with any audio problems basically that I have.

And this one was a huge, I listened to it before I sent it to him, obviously, and it was very loud and

distracting. I sent it to him, and now you can barely hear it. I didn't even know you could do

that. It's amazing. So thank you, Douglas. Really appreciate it. So now that we got rid of that

distraction, you can actually focus on the episode and it

and it was a pleasure to talk to him I truly enjoyed and I hope you do as well
