Hey, y'all, here we go. Welcome to the Tiffany Han Show. Oh, it feels so good to finally have this out into the world. I've been working on this

for quite a while, and it is such a relief to finally have it real

and have it in your ears. Today, I want to walk you through how I got to this place, what my

thinking was why I knew it was time to say goodbye to raise your hands, say yes, what that means

going forward and some other things that are

going to be coming and some things that I am really, really excited about. So some of y'all might

be brand new to the show. Some of y'all might have been here for nearly seven years,

which is how long I've been recording weekly podcast for a while there.

I was doing two a week. But I like to think that this change, this new iteration, has been

363 weeks in the making. And the place I want to start is a reminder for all of us that, as they say in recovery circles,

it works until it doesn't.
