I am Kelly Minter and I am so glad to be back with you. I am back at my dining room table, and this week it is me and you. We're back to just me and you after six weeks of having guests on the Cultivate Podcast, which I loved. I hope that you love that.

and on the podcast for those weeks. And the reason that I was able to have some guests is because

I just released a Bible study called Encountering God, cultivating habits of faith through the

spiritual disciplines. And I wanted to highlight several of the

disciplines that we talked about in the study. And that's why I wanted to invite some awesome people

to come on and join me on the podcast. So again, if you missed any of those, go back, make sure

that you catch episodes 30 through 35 because they were so encouraging and

they were just awesome. But today is Thanksgiving week unless, of course, you're listening

We're going to talk about Thanksgiving and gratitude, which also

happens to be another one of the spiritual disciplines. So it just worked out perfectly that we could

kind of roll into these disciplines. And if you're interested in diving in deeper to the
