Sean is the current head coach of the Buffalo Bills and former assistant

for the Carolina Panthers and Philadelphia Eagles. You're going to love hearing about Sean's

journey to head coach in the NFL starting back to when he was an undefeated high school wrestler.

virtual offseason is going. Sean is one of the best leaders I've ever been around and truly

Oh, Eric, thanks for having me on.

For sure. I'm surprised to see you didn't grow out your hair for the quarantine.

Yeah, you know, I cut, I was, my wife was mad at me because I had cut the beard off,

you know, kind of the 5 o'clock shadow that I keep, and I've since grown it back.

But I said, you know, my skin needs to be taken care of just like everybody else's too.

Absolutely. I had a long goatee going. My daughter was telling me I looked like King Triton.

Leslie wasn't so fond of it, but I did a podcast with Ryan Fitzpatrick. So I grew it out as long as I possibly could.

It wasn't even close to touching his,

but I was fairly excited to get that thing shaved off my face

and looked like a functioning member of society again.
