Many of us find ourselves in the middle of a reckoning right now. With COVID changing our circumstances in such drastic ways, maybe you’ve been shining a light on some dark corners that you hadn’t looked at before.

I don’t have a formula or a process for you to follow. But in today’s episode, I am sharing how I’m dealing with a reckoning in my life, why diving into problem-solving mode isn’t necessarily the best response to a reckoning, and how to acknowledge the truth inside of you.

0:46.9	And why I want to talk about this today is that I have been in the midst of some change over here at Raise Your Hands,
0:59.0	say yes, HQ. I know that for a lot of us, there have been a lot of changes in the works
1:06.6	based on COVID, based on different things that the circumstances of the past year have shown a light on maybe in some corners that we had not been looking.
1:19.5	These could be personally, they could be community-based, it could be local, it could be nationwide, it could be globally.
1:27.8	And part of what I'm noticing and seeing and hearing in different conversations I'm having
1:33.2	is that a lot of people have had the chance or have been handed the, as I am a coach,
1:41.1	I will say at opportunity.
1:42.3	But to other people, it can feel like a big old
1:46.2	moldy sandwich of a realization that certain things in their lives in the way that they were
1:57.6	showing up, in their relationships in the world are no longer tenable
2:03.2	or no longer working. And this is what I'm going to talk about today and talk about as again
