But today we're going to be talking about Japanese nutritional wisdom.

I came across an article that I found fascinating.

And then I suddenly realized, not only am I interested in this, but all of the times we've

talked about nutrition on the show,

we've never really dug really deep into how you're feeding your kids. We sort of talk about

it tangentially, but I want to know like the daily lineup for your kids. But first, we have
