Alms, I am not joined by the good Dr. Eric Trexler. But even better than that, I am joined by two phenomenal natural bodybuilders. I have Christine Reinhart

and Sarah Ose on today with me, who recently finished a fabulous season at WNBF Worlds, where I got

to finally meet them both in person for the first time, even though I've been following

their journeys and their impressive

transformations, not only this season, but over the last few years, as they have been really

coming into their own and just kicking major boutet.

We're going to have a cool discussion today, not only about their competitive seasons,

their own journeys in the sport,

but also their experience in this category, which has shrunk and contracted, unfortunately,

over the years. For those who don't know, when I first got into bodybuilding, it was the

mid-2000s. I remember my very first show where I guest judged, which is the process in the WNBF,

where you see how closely you match the panel to see if you're judging is good enough to be a judge.

The figure division had just come out, and prior to that in the mid-2000s,

there was literally only bodybuilding on both the men and the women's side,

except for a few other divisions like fitness, which we'll discuss.

But since then, we've had the explosion of divisions or categories, as I should say,

and we've seen shifting levels of participation.

But they've been championing their category, and we're going to talk more about that and hopefully show more people how awesome the bodybuilding category is.
