| 0:23.5 | and Sarah Ose on today with me, who recently finished a fabulous season at WNBF Worlds, where I got |
| 0:31.6 | to finally meet them both in person for the first time, even though I've been following |
| 0:35.6 | their journeys and their impressive |
| 0:39.3 | transformations, not only this season, but over the last few years, as they have been really |
| 0:44.2 | coming into their own and just kicking major boutet. |
| 0:48.5 | We're going to have a cool discussion today, not only about their competitive seasons, |
| 0:53.7 | their own journeys in the sport, |

| 1:29.0 | except for a few other divisions like fitness, which we'll discuss. |
| 1:33.0 | But since then, we've had the explosion of divisions or categories, as I should say, |
| 1:37.7 | and we've seen shifting levels of participation. |

| 2:01.7 | Daddy got to pay is bills. |
| 2:03.4 | So please give us a subscribe, a like, a five-star rating. |
