Summary
When you feel controlled by food, you also feel powerless. You might think there is nothing you can do to stop yourself from eating it. You might also try to gain power by controlling the food. But, that isn't going to be the solution. Why? I'll tell you in this episode.

| 0:45.3 | They think they can't say no to the food. They think they can't stop eating the food. They think that as long as the food is there, they will eat it because they think they are not in control. |

| 1:59.2 | overly restrictive with what or how much you've been eating. |
| 2:01.9 | You've been denying yourself of foods you want and like. |
| 2:05.0 | So your desire for them has grown stronger into an urgent desire and urge. |
