excited about today's episode, which I feel like is how I begin all of my episodes saying

that I have on my husband Vito with us again today. And then we have on

Tiffany Alblinger. And she is a midwife. She works in California. She's a home birth midwife.

And I've had home birth midwives on here before, but I've never had Vito be a participant in it.

Because as you guys know, we put out an episode a couple weeks ago talking about how we really

want another baby.

And I really want a home birth.

He's very hesitant.

And I, what?

You don't really want a homebirth.

This was, you said, the only way I'm having a fourth is if it's at home true so I have a lot of

growing to do I guess you could call it well but also I'm excited for this conversation because as a

birth dula I always you know especially with like repeat clients I like I have some repeat clients and most of the time they want a different experience

because we've had to advocate and fight so hard for certain things in the hospital.

And so I'm like, why don't we consider birthing center home birth?

And a huge, I would say a majority of the time it is the partner, they're like,

well, he's really not comfortable with it. Like they're very, very more hesitant on it.

In my experience, like as a doula, I'd say a lot of times that's kind of like they had to get

them on board to even hire Dula the first place.
