Alone, once again, Helms did not bother to show up. As I understand it, still doing various travel activities relative to bodybuilding competition.

I have not actually talked with Helms since his show, but my understanding, via social media,

unless he has concocted a narrative that is fundamentally untrue and gone to very great lengths

to reiterate that.

It appears that Helms had a top five finish at the WNBF Taiwan Pro Show, which, first of all,

congrats to the good doctor, Eric Helms.

Very awesome to be taken home a medal at a pro show. I saw pictures. He looked awesome.

His competition looked awesome. So really, really good stuff there. My hope, this is what is not yet

resolved. My hope and my prayer is that in addition to his medal, he will be given a very large novelty check.

And on that large novelty check will be written an even larger sum of money.

So I am not sure if that's the case, but if our next episode shows the two of us in a very

elaborate studio with very clear technology upgrades.

You can be assured that we had a giant windfall of cash due to this competition success

and that we reinvested all of it into building the official Iron Culture studio.

So fingers crossed, I'm sure the audience shares

that hope with me. So as long as Helms is able to bring home a very massive windfall of cash

from his recent success, then we should be able to offer you a much higher quality product

here at Iron Culture. Now, speaking of
