0:30.2	And the scripture tells us to get wisdom, get knowledge, get understanding. But the supreme thing
0:35.1	we should be getting is wisdom. If you and I want to navigate
0:39.3	this world and we want to live the lives that God has called us to live, we need more than knowledge,
0:45.7	we need more than education, we need more than information, we need the wisdom of God.
0:51.5	I'm believing that God's pouring wisdom into you and that together we're growing
0:55.5	in wisdom so that we can reflect the wisdom of God to a lost and a broken world. Paul's Miletus
1:01.6	address his final letter to the Ephesian elders. He was talking to the Ephesian church that he
1:07.4	loves so much. He was on his way to Jerusalem. He'd been chased out of
1:11.6	Ephesus. And so here he is now talking to them. And in this letter, he's saying, you know what,
1:17.5	I've got one goal in Acts 2024. I've got one goal. I want to run my race. I want to finish my
1:23.3	course. I want to be faithful to the ministry that God has called me to be faithful to.
1:27.9	He was not retiring. He was not slowing down. This was a time to press in, not to pull back.
1:33.7	I mean, he knew that there were hardships ahead of him. He knew that there were going to be
1:37.7	trials and tribulations, but he said, I want to be faithful to the end. And I think it's quite
1:42.2	interesting that Paul wrote this during such a
1:44.2	pivotal time in his life. Because for all of us, it is so easy to begin something new, isn't it?
