Yeah, we've got that period in the year where for two weeks we get loads of listeners post run show.

I thought he said that when a podcast, when a podcast stops broadcasting,

people just don't know what to do with themselves on their long runs. I thought that's what you were going to say. A little bit of that as well. But hello, listen, welcome to Bad Boy Running. We are a Wednesday after the National Running Show, which has been, well, how was it for you, Mr. Rainford? It was good, really different it felt um I mean I would say it felt really it felt really different

to the national running show South where we started off with two people at

the start of every talk and and slowly built up and but this time at this time

was something else I think there was a lot of pent-up demand for it. And like enthusiasm. And, you know, we got some, we got some incredible speakers on the stage. And, you know, it's really funny because the pictures from previous years pop up on your Facebook. And I remember, and it just, it came flooding back to me.

I remember that, there's a picture I took when we had the first Ultrasone stage, and we took a

photo with it, and it's tiny. I mean, you look at it again, and it's tiny. And I remember us

saying to each other, what if no one turns up? Or, yeah, because we're at least thinking at least we can just get all the, like, a few do badders to sit on it. Yeah. And you look at it now and it's tiny. And then I look at the, like, the videos now and sort, it's weird. It's like the ones, the ones that they were kind of packed out, there were the obvious ones.

Yeah.

But I think Rienies, Renees was, I would say that that was probably more packed out than any of the others in terms of, you know, the kind of the number of people kind of standing around and the engagement with it and everything else like that.

But yeah, just the number of people there and the number of people showing up to to the talks and everything. It was great. Yeah. And the issue is with COVID,
