We're going to do this show for your Monday morning delivery.

We got UFC 300 to talk about, of course, top the bottom.

It was an outstanding card. Had a blast doing the watch along hopefully you all had a blast if you were there in person watched it watched it with us whatever as long as you saw it man it was historical i think the uc i think the fighters came through for the UFC. I think the UFC did as good as they could,

you know, getting this thing out there, right? But then the fighters, a lot of them performed,

especially one in particular. I know which, I know you guys know which one I'm talking about.

So we're going to unpack the whole card. And then, of course, PFL was also in town. PFL's kind of on a three-week run. So we've been trying to catch up with some of their names. And we're going to talk to Brendan Locknain. He's a former champion for PFL. Last season didn't go too well for him, but he's back. He's doing it again the regular season format which of course

requires a lot of weight cuts a lot of fights he's always a fun guy to chat about chat

with about all this stuff we'll be right back to start the show All right, go.

So last night was pretty heavy, right?

Like we were exhausted.

I mean, we just wanted to almost end the watch along as they were doing the post fight with Paheda, the whole translator thing.

It was late where I'm at.

Nothing against that guy.

He did his job.

But, dude, there was this big come down, like this adrenaline dump after Max Holloway beat Justin Gachie.
