We are excited to talk to you for the next hour.

So as we get going, UFC 300, the final push.

We're going to make it today.

And it's also our 17 year anniversary of doing the show

That's right 17 years ago goes myself Frank Trigg who now most of you know as MMA ref and Hollywood stuntman

Frank Trigg but he was one of the top welter weights in the world back in the day. Middleweight as well won a couple of major titles.

And yeah, he was with us for two years.

And then that's about the time we slowly migrated from Tag Radio to MMA Junkie Radio.

So I'm sure we'll have some time to look back on that as well.

We're pretty proud of these accomplishments that come along the way.

We'll start the show and it's going to be a good one.

All right, good. So let's, uh, maybe we'll start with a little bit of nostalgia.

We'll do the meat and potatoes, which will be UFC 300.

And then maybe we'll finish with nostalgia.
