Rockwell is captured and spends many months in a Missouri prison.(30:29) While in hiding, Joseph writes encouraging epistles to the Saints with an outlook of gladness and joy.(34:13) The Lord always shows us our blessings and abundance. Satan emphasizes only what we lack in an effort to discourage us.(37:41) Chaos and creation narratives in antiquity are tied to the temple, covenants, and recording. One example is the Enuma Elish (The Tablets of Creation). When Tiamat steals the Tablets of Destiny, the rites of the temple cease. Moses’ reception of the tablets from God may have a connection to these ideas.(49:10) Baptismal fonts in our temples have associations with ancient symbols.(56:42) We need the dead and they need us. 0:26.0	And today we're going to be in sections 125 through 128.
0:30.4	Now, before we jump into that, can I just make a comment?
0:33.2	If you would turn to the very beginning of the doctrine covenants before section one, it's a
0:38.0	chronological list of the revelations. It will show you the date and the place of the section.
0:46.1	Now, take a look at where the majority of the sections in the doctrine covenants were received.
0:53.8	We started out in New York.
0:56.5	By Section 40, we're out of New York and into Ohio.
1:02.4	Starting in Section 41, we're back and forth between Ohio and Missouri, and then a whole
1:09.7	lot of revelations come to us in Curtland, Ohio.
1:14.3	112 is the last of Ohio, and then we go to Missouri.
1:19.4	And there's a handful of sections received in Missouri, and that makes sense because of what
1:24.4	was going on, the last three of which were from the letter that
1:28.1	Joseph wrote from Liberty Jail. Then we get to the Navu period. If you're looking at this
1:34.5	chronological list, we've got section 124, and then all the way to section 135 is the announcement
1:43.4	of Joseph's martyrdom.
