| 1:21.1 | Joseph and the other prisoners leave Liberty Jail under a 15-man guard, and then two days later, the prisoners get to Gallatin. |
| 1:30.0 | And then on April 10th, a grand jury met, and it returned indictments for arson, riot, |

| 1:40.6 | Judge Thomas Birch then agrees to change the venue to Boone County. |
