Welcome to Big Fat Positive with Shauna and Laura. This week we have our weekly check-ins. We have our special segment, Internet Insanity, where we discuss disappointments both big and small, and we close with our BFPs and BFNs for the week. Let's get started.

Hi, everyone, and welcome to the show. Shana, this is episode 344.

0:23.2

Yes, it is.

0:24.6

And for the 344th time, you want to check in on what's been going on in your week?

0:29.2

There's nothing I'd rather do, Laura.

0:31.9

So here we go.

0:32.7

Okay.

0:33.2

So it's been a pretty chill week of holiday break.

0:35.9

We have some family in town, Steve's mom and sister are here visiting, which is really nice. And Steve's taking off some work. So lots of family time. I, however, did go into the office a couple days to get my in office hours. And guess who came and visited me at work for the first time ever?

0:55.4

Radley?

0:58.2

I would have loved if Bradley came to visit me.

1:00.6

That would have been amazing.

Oh, you didn't just put them on a bus and send them to your office.

1:13.1

They probably would have loved that. Oh, this is a little shocking to me because in my mind,

1:17.3

I had thought they had gone to visit you. I think because you had talked about like take your

1:21.4

daughter to work day, but that was with Steve, right? That was with Steve. And years ago,

1:26.5

before the pandemic, I guess Elle did come and see me at work because she went to preschool on the lot where I work, right? So she was there. But she was so little. She's like two, right? She doesn't even remember any of that. And the way that my girls visualize me working is sitting in my pajama pants at home with laptop, right? Like, that's working. And they

1:48.4

know now that I go into the office a few days a week, but I don't think that means anything to them.

1:53.7

It's just like, oh, mommy's going to pick us up later today. Like, that's what it means. So it was

1:58.8

fun to bring them in and have them see things.

2:01.7

So what was their impression?
