a lot's happened since we last spoke yeah you're telling me we last spoke towards the end of

2019 life was good we're just peeking over the horizon of the end of the

bear market thinking it's sunny skies ahead and then 2020 came along and just punched us right

in the cock as hard as it could. But fortunately, it seems to coughed out a lot more money on the

market, but just as much chaos. What's going on over in your neck

of the woods? Give us a state of the union address for you're over in Tasmania, right?

Yeah, I'm down in Tasmania. So that's the little island state down the bottom of Australia,

for those that don't know. At the moment, we're fairly lucky. We're basically not in any form of lockdown.

Victoria, which is the second, so the most popular state in Australia, is in a hard lockdown.

New South Wales, which is sort of where the Sydney is, and that's the most popular state.

They're starting to get a rising cases again.

So, yeah, the Australian economy was

always going to get affected from, I guess, day one, when we saw COVID coming out of China,

we were really worried because Australia is like so dependent on China for everything, from

resources to all the students and education, to all the minerals and all the mining that they take

from us. So, yeah, we're always going to get hit hard,

but I think it's pretty clear now that we've been hit really hard from it.

Now, I recall reading something in the American news,

so take that with a grain of salt.
