One of the most common questions I get on reverse dieting. So today we are going to talk just about that.

I am going to describe what reverse dieting is. We are going to touch a little bit on metabolic

adaptation, which is also known as adaptive thermogenesis, which is a process that accumulates over

mechanism, if you will, while you're dieting. So it's something that occurs as you diet and it
