Sacramento I don't know in some random Northern California town you're part of the

Northern California crew right correct yeah so I'm a recruiting flight chief in the

364 recruiting squadron.

We're going to cover down from the Oregon coast all the way down to like the San Jose area.

Geez, that's, I think we forget how much it is. It's a lot.

It is a lot. So we all the recruiters are spread out all over the place.

It's a very unique and different mission than what we look at at the operational side, but it definitely holds its value to what we need.

Well, speaking of operational side, obviously you didn't join as a recruiter, so a little bit of background,

we got to build some trust with the people so they can trust

what you're saying later on the podcast you know what I mean? Yeah let's lay it down so everybody

can kind of get to know me and understand that I'm really a recruiter and I'm really a part of the

Air Force. Yeah. So I started my career in 2011 in June, so that puts me right about 13 years.

Originally from Albuquerque, New Mexico, I joined the Air Force just because I was I had nothing else going on right that's kind of the reason that I want to have this conversation today is to talk about what recruiting is and kind of the opportunities that presents itself.

Yeah, so I joined in 2011. I came in open mechanical, which is a mechanical aptitude now, which is

a little unheard of.
