the internet has spawned a thirsty demographic of attention-seeking, quote, fitness experts.

She says that she's seeing at least one positive change in the athletes entering her program.

Information about exercise physiology, both legit and bullshit, is readily available to the tech-savvy generation,

but it is a gift and a curse to coaches these days.

Now, enthusiastic players are lost in the bro-science, the pseudoscience, and then the actual science spectrum.

Who will lead them back to True North?
