As always, I am hyped to be here for this pod and dig in and try to figure out ways to reinvent,

renew, resurrect, and improve week to week, day to day and even hour to hour.

And obviously the best way to do this is to improve your mindset so you can make better decisions

and choices and consequently take massive, consistent action.

Personally, I am still work in progress, but I have a lot better right now

than I was when I started this journey months ago and will still be much better before it's done.

Another way that I'm looking to stimulate improvement is by reading as much as possible

and meeting with and talking to as many individuals as I can who are traveling similar journeys or

have experiences to share with us that will enhance our journeys. And today's guest,
