Welcome to episode 33 of the Reinvention Project with Jim Rome. Hope you're having an absolutely awesome week once again. You know, I want to hammer this point home to start this

episode. And yes, I've done this before, but I think it's really important. I feel really

strongly about this and I'm trying to lock

in on it personally myself. I'm talking about the importance of finishing this year strongly and for a

number of reasons. Number one, you want to be in the habit of finishing everything strongly because

remember how you do anything is how you do everything. You should be looking to finish everything you do

every single day strongly, especially your entire year. Number two, you know people are starting to

lay it up and shut it down as we get towards the holidays. So you want to make sure you're hammering

away. It's a great way to get separation. And finally, if you do this, you will not have to ramp up to start the new year.
