reasons. Number one is because I get asked about creatine all time. I'm a female. Can I take creatine? My goal is fat loss. Can I take creatine? Should my kids take creatine? I'm over the age of 50 should I take creatine? I mean, I literally get questions all the time. And it's funny because 99.9% of the time when somebody asks me, should I take creatine?
