At least I can't hear you. It's also what I ask my clients whenever we first get on the phone.

And it's not like, hi, how are you? Oh, I'm fine. How are you? It's a real. How are you?

And, you know, I think it's always a really, really good thing to ask yourself is how are you today?

awareness of what's going on inside of you right now? So before I go forward, have a look, have a check,

and make sure that you are here with me right now. If you're out walking, can you feel your feet on the ground?

some of you are driving and you're in the car. I do that too. If you're driving, do you feel your
