great podcast, by the way. And Penny and I just got there. I left home exhausted from, you know,

endless work on Spirit Gym and all the things I'm involved in, got there, was was jet lagged and showed up to do the podcast with

Cal and he handed me a can with big capital letters update on it and I'm like oh what's that he said

give this a try you're going to love it we sat down to do podcast, and I had the usual kind of jet lag, you know, not enough sleep, kind of empty head, and just felt tired, you know, from working so much and traveling. And I probably didn't get more than about four sips of update into me. I would imagine it was about three or

four minutes and I began to feel like a smooth lift of energy and my tired head cleared right up.

And I thought, I said to Cal what in the world is this stuff? Because this is wild.
