So if I tell you I'm excited and I'm coming out of my skin, it is because I am coming out of my skin and I'm excited about who is sitting across the table from me. And I'm going to introduce her in just a moment, but just to kind of remind everybody,

you guys know that the Cultivate Podcast, normally we're at my dining room table. I'm opening up

scripture. And it's just you and me, and we are walking through God's Word. But over the last

few weeks and in a couple weeks to come, we are in a special series on the spiritual

disciplines. So I've got a Bible study that's out called encountering God, cultivating habits

of faith through the spiritual disciplines. And as a way of just kind of celebrating that,
