Hey, everybody. Welcome back to another episode of the Tackle Talk podcast. Thanks so much for tuning in today. We've got a great show

for you, a lot to talk about. We're going to unveil a brand new segment on today's episode that I've

wanted to do for a while. We have a great mailbag segment. We're going to talk some Black

Friday's Cyber Monday sales and what I actually ended up buying. But before we get to any of that,

I do feel like I owe you guys a quick answer on a

recurring episode that we do every single year around this time, the Swimmy Awards. And I just

wanted to let you all know so you can hear it from me and not just keep wondering. This will

be the first year since we started doing the Swimming Awards that we will not be doing the Swimmies.

And I know it's become somewhat of a tradition here on Tackle Talk over the past,

probably three or four years, however long it's been.

But I'm just going to be honest, I feel like the Swimmies have kind of run their course

for a couple reasons.

One, there are just a lot more of these fishing award shows popping up year after year.

There's a handful of them already, and I feel like it just kind of went from something fun and
