| 0:06.1 | Welcome to the Stop Binge Eating Podcast. It's time for you to end your food obsession and begin |
| 0:11.5 | feeling confident and in control around food. You are absolutely capable of eliminating |
| 0:17.1 | binge eating from your life, and I'm going to show you how by giving you simple tools and |
| 0:21.4 | insights that you can apply in your own life. I'm your host, Kirst and Sarty. Now let's get to it. |
| 0:29.9 | Hi, today I'm talking about making small changes. Too often people think they need to make |

| 1:25.9 | So when we challenge our brain to change routines and habits, |
| 1:30.0 | what it's used to doing, and do harder things that use more energy, which big changes are and |
| 1:35.7 | will do, our brain is going to resist. It's not going to be easy for us to adapt. |
| 1:41.9 | And you've probably seen so many examples of this in your own life. I use diets as |
| 1:46.2 | examples a lot because I bet most, if not all, people who listen to this podcast have gone on a diet |
| 1:51.4 | or many in their lifetime. So using that as an example here, we make big changes to what we're |
